First and foremost- yes, Pokemon. I hate to call it an obsession but I'm afraid that's what it has come to.*
Hi, I'm Tin.
I'll answer to any variation of that name you'd like to call me.
I am, basically, a boy trapped in the body of a way-too-feminine-looking, girly-voiced, long-lashed, 16 year old girl.
I'm a goofy, doofy, neurotic high school Junior. Being homeschooled, I throw myself into challenging and advanced classes to try to ward off boredom.
When I'm not writing what seems to be an endless stream of essays for my classes, my nose is either buried in a book or smushed against my computer screen. (The prolonged nose-smushing has caused my face to become permanently deformed. Beware, kids.) I have this almost unhealthy obsession with books. Physical books. I can't stand e-books.
My room is littered with piles of books. Other than a small desk, bed, and tv, the rest of my room can be assumed to be made up of solid book. How is this unhealthy? I'm sure one day these piles of books will simply fall down on me, causing me to suffocate under their weight. A noble death, I say.
My true loves are architecture**, jazz, and old cars, though my interests in general are very broad. I like to learn about any and every thing I can; the more challenging, the better. Research is one of my favorite hobbies.
This is becoming a bit lengthy, so I'll wrap up as best as I can. I am, when it comes down to it, simply a geek*** who loves to know things. My favorite shows are Doctor Who and Star Trek, if I ever wrote a book it would be psychological science fiction, I am terribly near-sighted, and I can't be bothered to cut my butt-length curly hair.
I became interested in traditionalism through one of my 'challenge myself to learn more about this' endeavors and it became way more than just a passing interest for me. I suppose what I love most is taking the sparser resources of traditionalism and making fun, non "lyrical" names.
This being my fourth attempt at writing an introduction, I think I've finally covered everything without sounding like too much of a noodle. I am, however, an open book. Curious about something? Please do ask. I adore people. And I really love to talk.
*Favorite 'mon? Squirtle o u o
**Ancient Rome? Yes please. I've been known to hide in my room for a weeks at a time to make ancient cities based on their architecture.
***geek

TL;DR, I'm a pretentious little noodle. Hello, Fourtrees.
