Like the original Fourtrees from the first Warriors arc, Fourtrees Resurrected is a gathering place of different perspectives. Here at Fourtrees, you can discuss your opinions and share what you know about the Warriors series and surrounding issues, in a safe place for in-depth critique and civil debate, on a site well-suited to ongoing group discussion and thoughtful posts. Critical thinking is encouraged.
Expectations for All Members:
You do not have to be formal or eloquent when posting here. However, please do be civil and mature. When sharing your thoughts, aim for proper literacy, show respect for other members, and ensure your that post contributes some substance to the conversation. Adding a book quote, citing a reputable source, providing your own logical reasoning, or some other form of evidence will do, as long as you can connect it to the topic. A simple, "no, that doesn't sound right to me," is not enough, unless you go on to explain why.
The opinions of our members are varied and often passionate, with some considering themselves fans of the books, and some not. Whatever your opinions on the series, we'll welcome you into our discussions. All that we ask is that you be able to acknowledge and discuss potential writing flaws in a calm, objective manner, regardless of whether you love or hate Erin Hunter.
No matter who you are, don't be afraid to start new threads. If the discussion on one thread begins to diverge into a separate topic, then it's time to create a new thread, with an appropriate title to suit the new topic. If there's any topic you'd like to talk about and you don't see it a discussion for it anywhere, feel free to start up a thread for it on your own, no matter how new of a member you are. Being newer to the site or the community has no bearing on your right to speak. Here at Fourtrees, we prefer to judge an argument based on the strength of the evidence, not your post count.
