I believe the way kittens develop in this series annoys us all, but there isn't a thread so.
Let's all be annoyed together about the two-day-old, green-eyed kittens going outside of the nursery hearing and seeing and walking perfectly fine, not to mention talking fairly intelligently.
It would have taken two minutes to Google it, Erins.
What on earth did research ever do to you.

and there's the fact that the kits can form rational thoughts when they were only born a couple of hours ago, and know exactly how to differentiate other cats in the nursery by sight and smell, and already know colors, prey, clan culture, and all these other things after only existing for one day.
(this all happened from Bluekit's point of view in Bluestar's Prophecy. Seriously.)

It makes me laugh more than annoyed. Do these kits take some sort of growing drugs?

I just don't understand why the Erins were so dead-set on having a chapter written from the point of view of a newborn kit like

Yeah, it was actually rather boring and pointless.
